9th Wonder Begins Fellowship At Harvard
September 11, 2012 // Comments OffWhoever thought Hip Hop music would make it into the classroom? Sure, pioneering MC KRS-Onecalls himself “The Teacha”, but no one could foresee a college course being taught on Tupac Shakur, or college professors incorporating rap lyrics into their curriculum.
Famed producer 9th Wonder (above left) is getting his academia on in President Barack Obama’s old stomping grounds at Harvard. As part of a documentary called The Harvard Fellow, the Grammy award winning producer will have his entire year at the Ivy League school filmed to show how Hip Hop and academics co-exist.
