Correction: In the February 7 edition of the "Community Journal," we ran a front-page story about political icon Vel Phillip’s name and image being used by a candidate running in the recall election against Michael McGee, Jr. We identified the person as being ViAnna Jordan, who coincidentally headed the recall petition drive against McGee, as being the person using Phillips’ name and picture without her permission. However, we have since learned from Phillips herself that the person using her name in campaign material was Una Van Duval, not Jordan as we first reported. The "Community Journal" apologizes to Jordan for the error.
