Alderman, MPD rally on behalf of neighborhood

Alderman and Common Council President Willie Hines, Gail Lione, president of the Harley Davidson Foundation; Milwaukee Police Department Capitan Michael J. Brunson; David Weber of the Neighborhood Improvement Development Corp. and area resident Phyllis Rectter join together to break ground for new landscaping on McKinley Boulevard between 36th and 37th Streets.
