Alicia Keys Will Sing National Anthem at the Super Bowl

CBS and the NFL announced today that Alicia Keys will be singing the National Anthem at this year’s Super Bowl. This will be the “Girl on Fire” singer’s third time performing at the big game (in 2005 she performed “America the Beautiful” and in 2008 she performed during the pre-show).
In October, the NFL announced that Beyonce would be headlining the halftime show.
Although we don’t know who’s playing yet, we do know that Beyonce and Alicia Keys will be two of the biggest highlights of the night. This year’s Super Bowl will take place in New Orleans on February 3.
