All-Female Karate Tourney

Here’s a picture of some of the students from Sabir’s Karate and Fitness who participated in a previous karate tournament. Some of these students will be participating this weekend in the Annual Damselfly All-Female Karate Tournament Competition. The event will be held April 17 at the New Testament Christian Academy, 10201 W. Bradley Rd. There will be a special division for male Black and Brown belts. The tournament is sponsored by Sabir’s Karate and will start at 9 a.m with registration. The Black Belt competition will begin at 10:30 a.m. Competitors Rules will be at 11:30 a.m. For more information call Akua Sabir at 587-6448.
