BloodCenter of Wisconsin and Milwaukee Health Services to host wellness fair at African World Festival

Milwaukee, Wis. – BloodCenter of Wisconsin and Milwaukee Health Services will host a wellness fair during the African World Festival, Aug. 4-5. The fair, which will run from noon to 5 p.m. both days, will educate festival-goers on health issues that are prevalent in the African American community.
Attendees will have the opportunity to:
- Get their blood pressure and glucose levels checked
- Receive health information specific to their needs including women’s health, men’s health, pediatric health, dental health, mental health and nutrition
