Brentwood Church of Christ to hold bi-monthly Alzheimer’s support group meeting
October 1, 2010 // 0 CommentsBrentwood Church of Christ’s bi-monthly African American Alzheimer’s & Related Dementia Caregiver Support Group meeting will be held on Friday, October 1, 2010 from 6:00 – 7:00 pm at the church (6425 N. 60th Street). This group is free and open to the general public.
The meeting will include a presentation by Connie Chestnut of the Alzheimer’s Association and will focus on how to effectively communicate with individuals who have Alzheimer’s and how to understand their behavior. For more information, please contact Darlene Johnson at 414-353-6757.
