CBC forum to focus on jobs
June 28, 2010 // 0 CommentsCommunity Brainstorming Conference (CBC) presents “Future Planning For The Jobs For Tomorrow” Saturday June 26, at the Saint Matthew C.M.E. Church located at 2944 N 9 St.
The program will begin at 9am preceding with breakfast at 8am.
Panelists include Kenneth Yunker, executive director for the Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission; Donna Brown, passenger implementation manager for the proposed state high-speed rail system; 7th District Milwaukee Alderman Willie Wade who also works with the 30th Street Corridor Project; Reggie Newson, operations director for the Southeastern Regional Dept. of Transportation; and Earl Buford, executive director for Big Step and the state regional training partnership.
Martha Love is the coordinator. Wallace White will be the moderator. The Honorable Russell W. Stamper Sr. is the chairperson for CBC. Parking for this event will be on 8th St. off of Chambers.
