County bids farewell to Coggs

Outgoing Milwaukee County Board Supervisor Elizabeth Coggs (shown at left with her fellow board members) was recently feted at the Milwaukee County Courthouse with a special farewell celebration. In January, Coggs will be sworn in as the new state Assembly representative for Milwaukee’s 10th district, replacing the retiring Annette Polly Williams.
