Graduating to a New Life

More than 40 adults will celebrate a remarkable achievement at the 2010 Fall GED/HSED Graduation.  The soon-to-be grads will be presented with their diplomas Friday, December 17 at 2pm at the National Guard Armory at 4108 N. Richards Street in Milwaukee.

The men and women being honored will have completed coursework and testing for the GED/HSED and 5.09 programs coordinated by the Social Development Commission (SDC). In going back to school to earn their diplomas, the graduates overcame many obstacles and challenges.  Friends and family will join them to celebrate their accomplishments at the graduation ceremony.
