The Historic African American Teachers (HAAT) of MPS honored another group of teachers in October for blazing a trail in education held at Serb Hall. The teachers honored were (seated left to right); Mildred Goodrich, Addie Williams, LaVera Laws, Freeda Jefferson, Margaret Broom.
