What’s your favorite hot spot? Why?

photos by Harry Kemp

Joseph Dills: My favorite hot spot is Mac’s Lower Level, located at 1218 West North Ave. It’s my favorite because it’s a safe place to have a drink and it’s owned by Prince Hall Masons.

Liana Anderson: Workout Express on North 35th Street and West McKinley Avenue. The owner, Sherry, is a great business owner and I get a really great workout.

Shawn James: Mac’s Lower Level is my favorite spot. It’s owned by the Prince Hall Masons and (has) a very friendly atmosphere.

Sadie James: Calvary Temple Church is the hot spot for me because it’s where God is moving in an awesome way; things happen there that are new and exciting that help us to move into the next great move of God.
