Keefe Avenue School and St. Mark A.M.E. Church to Sign

The family fun night at Keefe Avenue School on October 27th will herald in a new relationship when school Principal Erica Hendricks signs a formal partnership agreement with St. Mark A.M.E. Church.
The agreement will bring human and other resources to the school, which is located at 1618 W. Keefe Ave.
The signing will take place during a brief program that begins at 5:30 p.m. at the school.
Under the agreement St. Mark will provide male mentors and other volunteers who will read to, work with, and encourage Keefe Avenue students to do well in school.
The church will also help provide school supplies, clothing and other items that some students may need.
Family fun night includes a dinner and other parent and child activities.
