Young Money rappers Lil’ Wayne and Drake earned Songwriter of the Year Honors at the BMI Awards last night (9/7/12) in Los Angeles. This makes back to back Songwriter wins for Drizzy. Mariah Carey took home the night’s biggest award as she was named BMI Icon.
