Muslim celebration to focus on gratitude

Muslims across the world prepare for a day of special thanks called Eid-ul Fitr.
The celebration that marks the end of Ramadan, the Islamic holy month of fasting; this joyous day is celebrated to glorify God for the countless blessings and lessons learned during fasting.
The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community USA invites everyone who would like to join or observe the Eid-ul-Fitr celebration to come and share prayer, sermon and food.
One local mosque, the Masjid Bait-Ul Qadir located at 5600 W. Fond du Lac Ave., will celebrate Eid-ul-Fitr, the end of Ramadan on Friday, Sept. 10, beginning at 10:30 a.m.
