New addition nearly completed

The new addition to the Teutonia Gardens, Franklin Square along Center Street near Teutonia, is nearly completed. Like the Teutonia Gardens, Franklin Square will have a combination of retail and residential space available for low-to-moderate-income individuals.
An African American developer, named Melissa Goins, built the new development. She is the CEO of Maures Development Group, LLC. Also involved in the project was WHEDA and Brinshore Development, LLC. (Photo by Harry Kemp)
