Marian Beach: "I don’t know how kids are getting guns, but maybe it would be a good thing if parents were accountable for their kid and had to go before a judge, maybe some of these killings would stop. But that may put a burden on some parents who work to support that kid."

Dorothy Campbell: "I’m not a gun advocate. However, if we take guns out of the Black community, we must go further to take them out of other communities as well. If the system allows an individual access to guns, they must be accountable for securing that gun."

Jeffrey E. Biggs: "Make the penalty stiffer and stop being so lenient and make all gun charges stiffer."
