Pulse of the Community

Maxine May: "Legislation should not be necessary as a replacement of parental responsibility. These children leave somebody’s house looking as they do. When children are out of order, either some parent is doing something they shouldn’t or isn’t doing something they should."

Jocelyn Gibert: "If there is a dress code for excessively low jeans, it must be fair and place this expectation on both sexes. With that, I’d have to say no. There are horrible things happening in this country and abroad, a lot more important than how an individual wears their pants."

James Hunter: "Shame, shame, shame! There should be a law regarding drooping boys’ and men’s pants. It just looks so nasty and disgusting. It’s unclean, no matter if the underwear is new or used. Please pass a law. Laws help the people. Or, take a picture. Let them see themselves."

Josh Denson: "No, there shouldn’t be a dress code. We can express ourselves freely."
