Realtor says the dream is still alive!

Williams and Associates Realty and Bank Mutual will host a free seminar on homeownership Saturday, July 22 from 9-11 a.m. in the conference room of Bank Mutual, 4812 West Burleigh Street.

This seminar will provide people with an open forum to learn about homeownership and the steps towards purchasing a home. This session is also designed to help people learn about cost related to buying a home, mortgage options and home inspections.

There are a lot of programs and funding sources to make homeownership possible.

Presenters will be Lisa Williams of Williams and Associates Realty, Portia Brazil of Bank Mutual and Troy Beasley of Ace Home Inspection Services.
