Church Alive Ministries International to hold confab here

Jeremiah Baptist Church is the host church for the Seeking The Kingdom Conference, will be held May 18-21 at the Radisson Milwaukee North Shore Hotel, 7065 North Port Washington Road.

Church Alive Ministries International (CAMI) is sponsoring the conference.

The host church’s pastor, Dr. Reginal T. Moore, is first vice president of CAMI.

There will be a number of workshops at the conference addressing evangelism, church growth and development, young pastors and ministers and women’s role in the ministry.

Clergy expected to speak at the four day event are Dr. Donald J. Washington of Mt. Hermon MBC in Columbus Ohio; Dr. Stephen J. Thurston, pastor of New Covenant MBC of Chicago; Dr. Tellis Chapman, pastor of Galilee MBC in Detroit, Dr. R. B. Holmes, pastor of Bethel MBC in Tallahassee, Florida; Dr. Donald Hudson, pastor of UMOJA Christian Church in Indianapolis and Milwaukee’s own Dr. John W. McVicker, senior pastor of Christ The King Baptist Church.
