2012 Women’s Conference

Prince of Peace Baptist Church, 3701 N. 35^th St, will host its Women of Excellence Ministry 2012 Women’s Conference. The theme: “Women With All Power In Christ” is taken from Philippians 4:12-13. The conference has taken place each week in October. Sunday, October 28, the conference will conclude with Sen. Lena Taylor presenting at 10 a.m. All services will take place at Prince of Peace Baptist Church, were Steven R. McVicker is pastor.

The Gathering Part II

Women of Destiny presents “The Gathering Part II” on Saturday, October 20 at St. Anne’s Cathedral, 5831 W. Burleigh. Services begin at 10 a.m. “The Gathering Part II” will feature dynamic speakers and ministers including: Dr. Brenda Kearney, Evangelist Margaret Adams and Askia Haney. Worship Fest

Riverside University High School Choir will host their first annual “Worship Fest” on Saturday, November 3^rd at  Redemption Fellowship Church, 3500 N. 26th Street. The event will begin at 6 p.m. and doors open at 5:30 p.m.

Worship Fest is an experience that was created for God’s people to experience the true essence of worship! Local Guests Include: Greater Bethlehem Praise Team, Quickened, the Independent Gospelettes. Local Guest Appearances by:  Minister Russell Smith of Holy Temple First Born and Sister Phebe Hines of Christian Faith

Special Guest: Joliet West High School Gospel Choir of Joliet, Illinois. Bishop Robert Angel, is pastor of Redemption Fellowship Church.
