Worship Fest

Riverside University High School Choir will host their first annual “WORSHIP FEST” on Saturday, November 3 at The Epistles of Christ Church of God in Christ, 2407 W. Nash St. The event will begin at 6 p.m. and doors open at 5:30 p.m.

WORSHIP FEST is an experience that was created for God’s people to experience the true essence of worship! Local Guests Include: Greater Bethlehem Praise Team, Quickened, the Independent Gospelettes. Local Guest Appearances by:  Minister Russell Smith of Holy Temple First Born and Sister Phebe Hines of Christian Faith

Special Guest: Joliet West High School Gospel Choir of Joliet, Illinois. John Walton, is pastor of The Epistles of Christ Church of God in Christ.

Annual Harvest Time Conference

The Mt. Zion Assembly of the Apostolic Faith Church’s Ministries and Women of Vision & Excellence staff invite you to our Annual Harvest Time Conference November 9 – 11, 2012. Dynamic seasoned speakers and workshop presenters to usher in the presence of the Lord, as we learn the importance of producing a harvest through the seeds of prayer, praise, and prophecy.

On Friday, Nov. 9 at 7:00 p.m., the theme will be “Ushering in His Presence” with guest speaker Evangelist Cathy Gillespie of Emmanuel Church of Christ – Newark, NJ.

On Saturday, Nov. 10 a Prayer/Continental Breakfast at 7:00 a.m. with workshops following at 9:00 a.m. Featured participants include: prayer by Lady Marcile Bracy & Elder Ronald Westmoreland; Praise & Worship – Pastor Wendell Spivey, New Life Miracle Ministries

Prophecy with Demonstration – Pastor Leonda Garmon, Gary, IN

The dynamic conference will conclude on Sunday, Nov. 11 with morning worship at 11:00 a.m.

All services will b held at Mt. Zion Assembly of the Apostolic Faith, 4300 N. Green Bay Avenue, where Dr. Cora Parchia is pastor and Evangelist Monica Price is co-pastor.

    Please help us promote this special brand new Holiday…

    John has not spoken to his brother J.R. in 12 years.
    Why not tell that young lady forgiveness doesn’t mean get back with that man that knocked her front teeth out of her mouth !
    How about you helping Evangelist Pamela Cotton from Milwaukee,Wisconsin launch #1st “National Day of Forgiveness”June 7th 2013…we are asking people to wear Red & Black in recognition of this new National Holiday. we are asking 7 Bank/ loan institutions to randomly forgive a loan on this day. Also requesting churches to get involved by having a service and talk about this this Forgiveness! That girl has not spoken to her mother in 6 years, still angry, Mothers fathers sisters, brothers pastors, priest ect …Wear Red & Black June 7th 2013, talk it up!
