Black History

REMEMBER ME

It was a cool breeze, on a sunny day

Sweat dripping from my face, to my "brown sugar" lips.

Girl what size is your hips? Twenty, twenty-five a proper size 9

Cuz I see it’s banging clearly, like the waves in the ocean.

That’s right a perfect picture like two

Birds on a branch.

REMEMBER ME

Yeah I’m that smooth cat that brought you humor and the bomb romance you never had before

I met’cha you on a edge of a bridge you was standing

Watching the birds fly, leaning on the rail dropping seeds

to the pigeons. Looking sexy as ever curious as I was I wonder at times

I knew you were on a mission for love, correct me if I’m wrong

Over looking the traffic and river like a dove.

A lost butterfly trying to reach the sky. Fall in love with Mr. Romance tha’s me I’m that guy.

REMEMBER ME

When you was down I brought smiles, romance, and humor.

A tree planted by a lake of love next to the hills.

You lit a torch that burns within my wall chambers.

A tidal wave bringing smiles like the postman, complete gratification

Healing your emotions standing like Moses a father to many nations with motions like waves in the ocean presenting you with dozen of roses and candle proposes.

REMEMBER ME

You were looking out your window smiling at me.

I stood at your door steps like a solider ready for battle

Starring you down like a hawk. My eyes hypnotize my

Body frozen, I can’t comprehend so I’m melting like cheese on ham

Damn! I’m twisted like a twister kicking my feet trying not to lose my

Composure, my walk is lethal like a grizzly bear plotting just to hold you

REMEMBE ME

Here I’m in a zone intrigue by your bud rose smell, a scent of fine pleasure.

You give me a high no other woman

Could top or take away... I’m left free like a dove on a

Level where my feathers couldn’t break.

It was on a lake were we had a picnic watching the birds fly

Soaking up the moment like a sponge, satisfied from the pleasure hypnotizes watching the fish swimming eating shrimp, and strawberries, enjoying the sunshine until its reflection beams off the lake.

REMEMBER ME

It’s a trip how time flies

Sit back think and wonder how

Quick we forget romantic times a summer

Filled with adventure stuck trap in a love maze
