Representative-Elect Coggs takes oath of office
January 6, 2011 // 0 CommentsAs family, friends and supporters look on, state Representative-Elect Elizabeth Coggs took a ceremonial oath of office at Holy Redeemer Church of God in Christ recently. Judge Maxine White officiated the swearing in. The legislator Coggs will replace in Madison the retiring legislator Annette Polly Williams, who was also honored for her years of dedicated service to her constituents in the 10 Assembly District and the community as a whole.
