Salvation Army’s ‘Cans Film Festival’ helps Milwaukee-area families
May 27, 2011 // 0 CommentsThe Salvation Army recently held its annual “Cans Film Festival” Food Drive at select Pick ‘n Save locations. Pictured at left are four individuals who helped make this year’s event a success (left to right): Latricia Johnson, Dar Johnson, Gloria Zolicoffer and Clifton Pope.
The event was in partnership with Clear Channel Radio, Pick ‘n Save, Clear Channel Outdoor, Rocky Rococo’s Pizza and Marcus Theaters. The food drive collected nearly 10,000 items with the support of area schools to benefit Salvation Army food pantries.
