Santa remembers area youth

Armed with his elves and great helpers – in the form of Charles “Butch” Walton (center) and Mayor Tom Barrett – Santa made a stop on Tuesday at North Division High School, 1011 W. Center St., to bring toys to area boys and girls. Career Youth Development hosted it’s annual ‘Toys for the Children that Santa Forgot but God Remembered’ event, where free toys, books, clothing and more were given to children in need.
