Should Milwaukee Public Schools provide condoms to students?

Excell Najieb: “No, because sex education should start at home.”

Roger Swan: “No, because it’s the parents responsibility.”

Donna L. Burkett: “Yes, because they’re going to do it anyway. Our teen girls’ pregnancy rate is way too high. They need to educate them on sex and disease control.”

Ada Jones: “Yes. Teens are not equipped to raise children because they are kids themselves.”

    I don’t think it’s the schools responsibility to raise kids. And especially in sex education. I think there needs to be MORE emphasis on getting parents to become MORE responsible. They were responsible enough to have them they should learn to be responsible enough to raise them. NOT the schools.
