Wisconsin Restaurant Association endorses Jason Fields

The Wisconsin Restaurant Association enthusiastically endorses State Reprsentative Jason Fields for the primary in the 11th Assembly District. Rep. Fields is the ranking Democrat on the Committee on Financial Institutions. He also serves on the Committee on Jobs, the Economy and Small Business, as well as the Committee on Insurance. The WRA says Fields, a former catering company owner, understands the difficulties of operating a small business and meeting a payroll. In a press statement, the organization said since his election to the legislature in 2004, Fields has voted with the WRA on many key issues on the Small Business Committee. Founded in 1933, the WRA is a not-for-profit trade association dedicated to supporting the foodservice industry. The organization’s membership includes thousands of foodservice businesses representing virtually every size and style of establishment in the state.
