Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church’s Missionary women are scheduled to observe their annual Mission Sunday on July 30 at 4 p.m.

This unique service will focus on renewal and will be presented in three deliberations: "Women--Committed to Mind, Body and Soul."

At a recent spiritual enrichment retreat, the women of Mt. Zion were challenged to renew their spiritual outreach efforts to the community.

The speakers will be Mt. Zion’s own Christian Educators: Michele Evans, Donna Wilkerson and Lynnda Guyton.

Vocalists and instrumentalists will provide Sacred Hymns of Praise as part of this restoration service. The church is located at 2207 North Second Street. Marsha Thomas is the president and the Rev. Louis E. Sibley is the pastor.
