Local youths recognized for community service and leadership
(From left to right) On Thursday, August 24, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee saluted Danielle Johnson, Latesha Rowsey, Michaela Beamon, Shaniece Ashford, Amber Baldwin and Kelsey Kosmitis. Chris Protz, vice president of operations for the Boys & Girls Clubs, served as the emcee and Chris Abele, president of the Argosy Foundation and chair of the Boys & Girls Clubs Board of Trustees, shared details about the award and presented each member with a medal.
